hi chigurl, i understand what u are talking about. but u see everything good doesnt just come easy. it takes patience and effort to discover gold or else it would not have its value. there are still better african men out there, it is just unfortunate u came accross those kind. i have seen nigerian men who would want to shy away from sex before marriage, it would take the persistent seduction from their woman to get them change their minds.

well what is safe sex?
safe sex is a sexual intercourse that does not involve contact with blood, semen, vagina fluid and breast milk.
to an extent, safe sex is really safe depending on the method u adopt.
the first of them which i believe is to be adopted by all is abstainance which is 100% effective.
the next being condoms can really be atleast up to 98%effective if carefully used and properly implemented with full precautions. condoms act as a barriel between the contact of either genital.

this is a very nice topic i love to contribute to. talking about educating ourselves on HIV \AIDS.
HIV as it is known is the virus that is transmitted from an infected person to another while AIDS is the full  blown stage when the body' s immune system have been weakened upon attack by the virus. the virus resides in the fluid of the human body. the body fluid include breast milk, blood, semen and vagina fluid.
the virus can be transmitted during 1. sexual intercourse 2. sharing of skin- piercing instrument e.g razors, clippers, scissors e.t.c 3 mother to child through pregnancy, delivery or breastfeeding 4. blood transfusion.
avoiding contacting the virus will involve using any or all known methods for prvention- (A) abstaining completely from sexual intercourse, (B) sticking to one faithful and uninfected sexual partner, (C)consisitently and constantly using condoms, (D) desisiting from or sharing skin- piercing objects, (E)encouraging and going for HIV voluntary testing and couselling,( F)ensuring to follow up all treatment on STI
let me conclude by saying u can still live longer when confirmed u have the virus- by changing your behaviour, eating well and taking your medication as pescribed by the doctor

for me marriage is more of the lady's inner qualities. her physical attributes will attract me towards her to take a closer look. what ever i find inside of her will either repel me or move me even closer.

after Alamieyeseigha plea was taken yesterday, the judge adjourned the matter till January 24, 2006 and the proceedings are to thereafter take place daily (at least without objections). if all other case happens in the manner of  Alamieyeseigha`s own, i think our prisons can be decongested.

hello everyone, call me bricks. i know i am new here but the little time i have spent here has been  very interesting . i see a lot of intelligent ladies and gentle men of superior minds in here and i am proud to be in this group ( as they say, iron sharpeneth iron).
well i am a graduate of the uni , having read earth science and really like participating in mind stimulating conversations. i am open to any discussion as long as it task my mind and its educating. i am 26, more than 5 feet 8 in height, i love swimming, playing chess and reading books. i am an open person and accept everyone as they are. i believe there are room for changes and there is nothing impossible when we believe. the key to life is maintaining a balance in all we do. i hope to hear from u.

I have never for once had a desire to be closer to a lady like now. within me i don't seem to have the courage to `break the ice`- tell a lady that i am interested in her. although some have clearly shown in the past to have been interested in me.

I can really be outgoing and have good relational and leadership qualities: that i know. sometimes i just tend to think that starting a relationship now is almost like telling the lady its marriage. this i am scared off, i need things to grow and mature naturally and possible don't how to manage the situation.

I have never been in a relationship before and would love to experience one, at least to grow wiser for the future. by the way i aint talking about sex here i am talking about the real thing. Sometimes i just wish i could see a woman of my dreams walk up to me and just initiate it because i know i can't. What's really my headache here? could it be i am shy or what? i hate to believe i am.
