Reason it is not good to marry too early, especially when u are not doing financially well. That is how my younger brother (18yearsy) said he want to marry because he managed to save 500k and I let him marry... Today they have been disturbing me with complain not because of finance but due to woman wahala, minor issue they will have issue because they are not yet matured emotionally..

Because i have a friend that just shut down his boutique clothes shop and he is selling foodstuffs now. He said boutique business no dey move fast

By the way I'm moving to my house tomorrow and I'm glad I followed this thread cos I learnt a few things from here. Particularly, you made me decide that it was ok to use the same type of roofing sheets you used when aluminum was not within reach for me. I'm glad I did that or else I would have still been waiting to buy aluminum! At least I'm no more a tenant and I can always use something better for future projects as God blesses me.

Work still ongoing... My advice for those who want to build house is this..

Ensure you have stable source of income before embarking any building project.. If not u are on the road to poverty..
Building can consume money, especially when u have high taste...

Choosing color of paint is one of the greatest change... After painting the fence I discovered that it was too blue in color... So I have to pay extra money to change it to grey ash color... Though I am happy now with colour of the paint

Yes it will complete it.. I have spent close to 11m now.. Remember I still have to put abt 1.3m to furnish it..

1. I have already established a good business.. She will not come and suffer.

2. I am not alcoholic and gambler , so many problem solved

3. I have already built my own house both village and township so na automatic landlady...

Remember this ongoing work, I will post the pictures tomorrow when the painting will be completed

To the glory of God the building is coming into completion.

This project took me one year.. August first will make it one year..

MY plan is to open the house by the grace of God September. Funny enough my house rent just expired today.. I will still pay because I plan to give the house with other old property to any of brothers in my church...

I earn at least 500k monthly and live in my own house but marriage is not yet in my mind.. I will be 32 by April... So any sensible man should atleast earns 300k before marriage but if you have good business that earn u at least 20k daily you can marry
