Or are you deaf & blind? though am not campaigning for any poli-thief-cian but i must tell you that Jonathan reformed the electoral system to the sense that when you vote it's 87% assured that it will count, unlike before it's just 40%... Now allowing eligible voters to vote is one of the electoral reforms which was one of the reasons the election was shifted because they found out that security problem in the north east wont allow eligible voters to vote, and killing 2 birds with a stone just played here when they found out that many, i mean many voters will be disenfranchised because of PVC collection status as of then....... 5 weeks later.. Now i saw in Run newspaper that eligible voters can now vote in the IDP's camps in north east and i think that more L.G.A in that areas can now vote without fear of boko haram, secondly the collection of PVC's is almost clocking to 90% which is not so bad... Now only few, i mean very few may not be able to vote... 3 Likes 1 Share |
