Got to "Downloads" on your phone. You'll see the update file, it's probably paused just resume it the download will continue.

You are supposed to update through the updater, I am saying if you know your network is unstable downloading and installing manually is a viable option.

For an update that large, it's advisable to download manually to avoid such occurrences. You'll find this handy just incase you experience any bug after updating, all you'll need to do is to update again using same rom file you already downloaded.

You should have asked for a link and download manually with a download manager. Then manually install the ROM

But you went to download a config file not meant for that Gcam. If this Gcam had a config, I would have added it below the link.

I've deleted the config file anyway

You don't get, the Gcam you installed is not under the Mi 9T tab.

There's no gcam port better than the stock camera on Mi9T. Learn to use Ur stock camera and forget gcam.

The XML config file should be stored in this format. Create a folder on your phone storage named Gcam and inside that folder create another folder called ConfigsCamera7.
Paste the XML file in the ConfigsCamera7 folder.

Note create folders with the exact names and cases, it is case sensitive.

To apply config file on gcam follow the gif

please I've tried double tapping the black areas and nothing happened, I'm using mi 9t and the XML file reads: pixelcamplusv1.0-note9pro.xml does it matter??

Okay.this my second Xiaomi phone in two years.. first was mi A1 and what I loved about it was it was fluid and the camera was really crazy.. everyone wanted using it then..90% of the pictures taken were not even mine. Had IC problem.. couldn't get it fixed..used a tecno spark 3 which was bad as the first android phone I ever used...I still didn't let go of my mi A1 cos it was still working just that sim couldn't work on it..until I misplaced it.. wanted getting redmi note 9s but decided to get mi 9t instead..the phone is maddddd. The camera is beyond my expectation, the design, everything about the phone is just crazy..P.S if you're not using a Xiaomi phone you're simply at a loss
