I had the same problem I bought a new charger it didn't fix my problem until I vex open it I saw the ones in the market are totally different in components all I did was to get a good USB cord and my phone charges fast

best thing Is download a stock rom and flash via sp flash

After wasting time and data to download this game the first time I run it, it says I should select my age and agree then write server error message then I click on retry now I quit and run it again after the logo screen it closes am using infinix hot what can I do guys? :-(

This latest upgrade I think is the worst of them all.... Fifa16 won't play gta sanandreas and other HD games won't play... .. After I downgraded I love my phone... If u no whats best for u don't upgrade yet.... . Stock Kitkat is still the best... . Fifa16 plays fine on Kitkat for the guy asking...

please where can I get stock kit kat for the hot note 16gig+1g

get gamebooster 3 app on playstore.. launch the fifa16 from the gamebooster app, click on ultra boost. make sure u av a strong network tho.. it wont force close again! worked for my hot note

requires root haven't rooted..isn't there another way..what marvels me is that the galaxy core prime is a quad core device with 1gig ram..so why can't myoown play even with a better specs

I will advise anybody that is yet to upgrade his/her phone not to bother themselves. The so called lollipop upgrade is bullshit.The only plus in the rom is the User Interface.Every other thing is crap.

The sound quality is very bad, all music players produces bad sounds

Applications are not running smoothly on it

xposed installer is misbehaving

Antutu Benchmark is not working

network is fluctuating on the phone

poor ram management

The phone does not recognize the memory card

It automatically writes on the phone storage even after setting the memory card as the default memory

All games with external data on the memory card no longer run again

All applications automatically installs on the phone storage and no way to move them to the memory card even with root

Getting Titanium back-up to work on the phone is fire

It takes longer time for the battery to charge and drains quickly


The Bugs on the lollipop rom are just to many.Its very frustrating,The above are just a tip of the iceberg out of the whole bug in the rom
I want to downgrade to my backed-up kit kat,but its not even working out because the phone got bricked in the process.

If you are yet to upgrade, just stay where you are so that you wont regret just like me.

I don't see any of the problems you're having apart from ram management.. And its not as bad as you're saying..

Please guys, I just got this phone and I have been unable to upgrade it.the firrst time I attempted upgrading it said some root files were found. I called the seller and he said the phone isn't rooted. Since then Anytime I try to install new upgrade afTer downloading the system update over wifi, It reboots then tells me upgrade failed.

Again I keep getting the below picture even after closing them severally.
What do I do, please help a sister?

its a malware.. Same thing happened to my hot note and its difficult to remove.. All I know is flashing a new ROM will remove it
