You only showed your ignorance with this post. You could have kept quiet instead. The man in the picture is a Lieutenant in the army, and Lieutenant IS A COMMISSIONED OFFICER. Officer ranks start from second lieutenant. So, its very very correct to call him an officer. You may google ranking structure of the Nigerian army.
