Please report her to the police without wasting your time, but make sure you have witnesses or evidence. I have a sister like that who did same thing to me and i lost my marriage, She even went as far as sold one of my dad's property. It's the police i use to calm her down. She was almost jailed. Till date she has changed. Go to police zone command where the matter will be taken very serious not just a police station where the matter will be taken lightly. Just take my advise and shun the family thing.
