Online tracking is hardly reliable. My husband and daughter's application was showing "in production" till we picked it up a week before the pickup date given. They both captured Dec 11 and picked March 6. However, the passport issue date was December 18th.

I applied for 32 pages.

I got my passport yesterday, i didn't spend 30min at the collection room. I captured on March 28th, applied for 32 pages. The passport was issued on May 12th. I tracked it last week and it showed issued/collected. So if you captured January, February, March at Alausa, Ikeja, go for your passport now it is ready for collection. It takes only 6 weeks max. Fast track na scam. Use your money chop better.

I also captured on the 6th of march.... And I collected it today...although it has been ready since the 10th of April

Did you track it online before going to pick up?
I captured March 28th do you think it would be ready by now?

I went for collection today, I saw my passport followed the officer to collection room, only for my passport to be activated, the system couldn't activate it, i was told it's a production error that it jump some stage. They will need to take it for production again. This whole thing just spoil my mind. Has anybody experienced this same issue here ?

Which passport office did you use please? And is your collection date due already before you went for collection?

I went to Alausa passport office today to collect my passport and I was told its still not available, i captured since 18th of January and when i tracked it since February it has been showing passport issued/produced but I've been busy to fo and collect it, only for me to go today and i was told its still not available that i should check back in 2weeks time, what could be wrong its over 3months already, I'm really angry right now

Ahhh!! That's bull shit. Normally, no doubt your passport is ready probably the officers are too lazy to check weller . Me wey do capturing on March 28th now I'm starting to doubt my collection by next month.

It's a glitch from NIS.
Mine too is showing same.
I already experience that before sometimes last month.
They gonna fix it.

Thank you. I forgot to mention that I captured at Alausa Office 😞. I just hope you did too cos I’m tired of the wait as it is delaying a lot of things for me.

When is your collection date?

Mine is june 22

Once you see NOT FOUND, it means your passport is ready.

Please my passport status is showing this after it showed all green except the "passport issued stage" initially after capturing
