Well for your back pain, you need to see a good Physiotherapist, who will examine your back probably ask you to go for an X-ray of the back and prescribe the right treatment . May i also let you know that drugs don't usually treat the pain but rather reduce the pain level for a while..after which the pain resumes...but a physiotherapist will be able to realign the spine and treat using appropriate treatment modalities like spinal traction , infrared, ultrasound therapy , manipulation etc.

above all..always try to maintain a good posture while sitting ,standing or lifting heavy objects...
