IdeyFindWife: This is what day-dreamers don't know before they take the leap.
Except you're able to carve a unique niche for yourself or demonstrate a high degree of excellence at redefining erstwhile nominal products, goods & services, with some fairly robust capital base at hand to handle all overheads and even contingencies; you may find "making it big" becoming a tenuously slow climb, uphill!
There is no arguing the fact that it is extremely easy to make it in Nigeria with the country's banana republic indices. folks traveling out are not stupid but it's all about the Benns, ur competitive advantage and the strategic advantage that you gain from having been around the world not just sitting here doing the same old, same old crap with them home-based lots.
What are we even arguing sef? Just how many of our current leaders were only all 100%home-grown? From pre-independence Nigeria, the Azikwes, the Awolowos, the Tafawa Balewas even presently serving PMB and it's not hard to figure out. There's a lot of money ti be made and relevance to be gained from assisting, importing or catalyzing refined ideas, goods, services or practices from more advanced societies to lesser developed ones.
Broaden your perspectives man. Just how hard is it to "make it" as a legal immigrant in US? Entry level requirement is quite low. Once you can keep ur job, pay your bills/taxes, fly under the radar and stay off illegalities and stupid expenses. Mind you, the "making it" has levels, what you'll get from all stated above will allow you to flaunt and floss a bit on peeps back home, in the village! It's not such a big deal anymore, even you yourself, could try getting out and seeing a bit of the world some time. What you'll find will amaze you. How did you figure I haven’t seen a bit of the world from that post? |

If your brother dey go America especially at a young age " teens and 20s" tell him bye like you will never see him again. I say that because all my uncles that went to America, not one out of 7 have come back home. 3 that went to Europe and Asia, come back regularly. That said, the ones in America send money regularly. They just don't want anything to do with the shithole, meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehn. I spoke to one of them yesterday, asked him when are you coming back it's been 29 yrs, he kept saying "I ain't coming back to that shithole, God damn that shithole. Trump keeping it real, meeehn." LOL. The real reason your uncles in America are not coming back home is because they are illegal immigrant in the US, if they live they will be grounded in Nigeria. The once in Europe and Asia comes home regularly because they have papers. |

havillaplus: How To Secure Your Land Investment
A second must-do is to start processing your documents immediately with the land registry of the Lagos state government. This process officially transfers the title from the previous owner to you, the new owner.
The sad fact is that a lot of land owners do not do this. And this eventually creates ownership title debate in the future that may swing the law courts against you in the event of a dispute with the seller's children or extended family members.
So, my advice is . . . officially transfer ownership to yourself by registering the title change officially with the Lagos state government.
Sure, this will cost you money. But it will secure your land What is of registering a plot of land with Lagos State govt. does it varies per location/local govt. Is the registraton different from rectification? |

Don’t listen to the hogwash of bvn been done at nigeria embassy oversea, it’s a proper lie. There are many things a Nigerian mother will do, but i am yet to see one that will just wake up and run away leaving her children behind.
This Rita was just fleecing the guy, and would have probably collected more if the husband had not stepped in.
N2.5 Million collected already and has not travelled to Europe?no Country in Europe is difficult to get their Visa.
For those that are conversant with travelling, if you run your acct with even N500,000 for 3 Months steady, no embassy will refuse you any Visa as long as the account shows consistency in use.
Rita is just a YAHOO girl hustling, and her husband just disturbed her hustle. Now, if the husband wants to still remain married to a woman like her,is entirely up to them to decide as a couple. I doubt if you’ve traveled outside your APC control state |

Has anyone experienced virus notification on a new laptop? This is a puzzle I’m finding hard to crack.
I recently asked someone to help me get a laptop for office use. The first one I asked him to buy which I sent him money for, suddenly increased after sending money to him. At least that was what he told me.
So he bought another, but that’s not the problem. I asked him to help send the laptop to where they will be using it, putting on the laptop for the first time. this virus notification was found on the screen. I will like to know if it’s possible for such a notification to be found on a new computer or if I was given a used one as a new one.
Please, I need urgent answer on this

Nonsense rant from silly and senseless people Nigerians call leaders. You want to retaliate when thousands of your citizens are sitting down at their embassy on a daily basis against one or two of their citizens who will ever need your visa.
Rather than develop the country to encourage people from seeking greener pasture they’re making childish rant as if those counties have anything to lose. |

Your president for months was outside your country, your senators go on jamboree to UK, US on tax payers money for virtually no reason. Your politicians go to Mecca and Jerusalem in the name of Pilgrimage ( tax payers money ). Part of the reason the speaker of Edo state house of assembly was impeached was that they the law breakers wasn’t getting what’s due them. According the clown a member of the house I listened to, they are supposed to go on vacation overseas twice every year and they haven’t gotten allowance for that. Ghee forget all this ya epistle no sane person will travel to Nigeria with the epileptic power supply, kidnapping, killing and civil unrest. Your Nigeria embassy in foreign countries, they are supposed to market your country to the outside world. But they do otherwise, they tell their host that Nigerians living in those country are criminals, drug peddlers, what then do you expect those people to think about Nigerians back home if the one in their country are painted black by the people who are supposed to protect them.
You don’t have a national carrier, Nigeria is the only country the numbers of private jets is more than commercial airline. Have you been to your airport? The first time I was traveling out of Nigeria just at the departure lounge power went off for several minutes and every one started laughing including foreigners. Try and visit MMA and go to baggage area, the heat and smell that will welcome you, is worst than public toilet.
How about the rogues you have at the airport with over 5 different uniforms who all do the same job. Search your bag and start asking stupid questions and at the end rip you off your money. You can’t attract any tourist with such mediocrity.
Most countries with the kind of visa they issue, they force you to fly their national airline which generates revenue for them. In your case you don’t have.
You don’t have hospitals, if they fall sick, shebi na Agbo Jedi you wan use treat them. Nigga you better calm down there, na how to chop we never fit chop you they talk of tourism |
