INEC engineer will tell you they resist attacks against the server from their end. And can you even defend internet connectivity issues from device users? The Presidential Election Petitions Court has admitted as evidence a report from a subpoenaed witness who identified herself as an employee of Amazon Web Services Incorporated, USA, stating the health status of the cloud services offered to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC

The report specifically provides details on the health status of the Amazon Web server that provided cloud services for INEC’s digital backbone for the presidential election

A snippet of the report contents revealed that there was no glitch that could have affected the e-transmission of results on February 25, 2023, when the presidential election held
The report was tendered through a witness subpoenaed by the Labour Party, by name Claretta Ogar, whose identity was submitted as cloud engineer and architect.
The document, totaling six copies were admitted by the court amid objections by INEC, Tinubu, Shettima and the APC.

The cross examination of the witness is scheduled for Tuesday 20th June.

Seriously, Peter Obi’s legal team should be flogged. This professor is their star witness and the person they are relying on to prove over voting in about 18 states. Apart from the fact that his logically flawed analysis covered only two states out of 36, the Supreme Court already ruled that only direct BVAS report can be used to prove over-voting and not IREV or other secondary source of data.

Peter Obi will close his case next week Tuesday and as at today, he has not proved any of the allegations he raised in his petition.

Their is no law in the Constitution that mandates inec to show the election live

That's the perogative at inec disposal and it can change according the modalities irrespective of what was promised that isn't law binded
