Less than a week after a student (suspected cultist) was brutally shot dead at front gate students' area of Imo State University, Owerri, another person (supposedly an IMSU student and cultist) was more brutally killed at Okwu-Uratta, IMSU back gate area, at the front of St. James hostel, close to CPM church. The killing was done yesterday, Sunday, October 25th, 2015 in the evening.
Fear has gripped the entire students community as more killings are expected because cult clashes have become a yearly ritual especially during the end of the year when graduate students begin to leave. Once a member of one cult is killed by a rival group, vengeance killings follow. God have mercy.

Here's an eyewitness report (not by Myimsu.com) :
A 23years old student was brutally assassinated (on Sunday), around 5pm at Okwuurata, Mbara New York hotel area (IMSU).
This ugly incidence happened today and it was confirmed that the victim was a member of the Supremacy Vikings Confraternity (SVC). He was assassinated by a large group of a rival confraternity know as Aiye Confraternity. The victim was shot severely but fortunately the bullet didn't penetrate his body, he was killed after several blows and throwing of blocks to his body which later weakened him. He was killed lastly with a pump action that later penetrated his ribs. He was assassinated brutally and police later came to pick his dead body away..
