If you set the infrared cooker at 1500w which will be 1.2kw on the inverter/meter, you can cook 4 or 5 cups of beans within 45minutes and it will be very soft. So your energy consumption won’t be upto 1unit for the 45 minutes cooking.

it's cool.. with 1unit @ 45minute..
It's still equivalent to a normal hot plate .. it's just a lil difference but this is cool as one can use it with inverter/solar system

Really don't know what they called InfraRed cooker BUT the one I have been using since 2018 is Induction cooker and is very very energy friendly unlike the hotPlate we were using before. Doesn't matter if prepiad, postpaid, Solar, etc

so are you saying now that if it use less than 1unit prepaid metr and also that I can use it with a 2000w sachet inverter

The infrared cooker doesn’t consume high electricity like the regular hot plates and you can regulate the power/wattage. You can cook beans and other foods with 1200w setting on it which will be around 1000w on the inverter or pre-paid meter. One can even cook and warm foods with 800w/600w setting. Mine comes with a grilling steel for barbecue and other roasting.

bases on my knowledge i taught the normal electric cooker is 1500w but with this 1200w on prepaid meter with BAND A 4.4unit.. hope it won't consume less than 1 unit if I want to cook beans with it

Funny enough, never used Gas. Last I used Kerosine Stove was over 8 years ago. Even while Gas was supper cheap, continued with Kerosine and when people talk, I told them Gas would still get expensive the moment it becomes very popular among people, and except they were willing to dash me Gas cylinder, I would contnue with ma stove which is what I did till I switched to induction cooker.

Me no sabi do followFollow. Same with people who can barely afford not to go broke with salary delay of 1-month rushing to own starTime and goTv decoders. Some even had more than 1 sef and guess what, wasn't long before lots of them turned to decor.

so does the induction cooker work well with solar and you have never used gas right

I already contacted airtel office closer to me but they insisted since the sim got stolen and can't find the pack. They gave a code to check all airtel line register on my nin..

I kept telling i needed a new sim only. Omo

There’s a workaround to it. Just look for ODU router and copy the IMEI. Visit any of their outlets and tell them your ODU sim got damaged or lost or whatever.
Buy a new sim, submit the router IMEI, your NIN, do a biometric there and have a new unlimited Airtel SIM.

thanks for this information boss.. but if I check a friend router imei that still have the sim and visit airtel office for registration won't they know the router is using a sim and hope it won't have an effect on my friend's router

Why exactly are you avoiding buying directly or could it be you misPlaced your simCard and don't wanna buy the entire setUp again, if that's the case, I believe their customerCare should be able to help you out one way or the other or at least give information.
