ofcourse u can, but u can boost yur chances by doin other stuffs apart from history n international studies.

b.a in d course is jst an introduction into oda stufs. u will need to do master degree course to bcome relevant ranging from peace and comflict resolution, international relations, sociology, public administration, even history too. all dese options depend on wot exactly u want.
