I WENT TO THE CC CENTER AT NASS THE SILLY GUY I MET SAID HE WAS EQUALLY EXPERIENCING SAME PROBLEM WITH HIS OWN PHONE. GAVE MY PHONE TO HIM AFTER FIDDLING WITH IT FOR A WHILE I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME BACK MY PHONE COS WHAT HE WAS DOING (ME AS AN ENGINEER) I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE COMING TO REPORT TO HIM. I CALLED THEIR CC NUMBER AND DATA CC NUMBER SAME FOOLISH N silly PHONETIC GRAMMAR I WAS TOLD. ADENUGA SHOULD SIT UP AND STOP TAKING NIGERIAN FOR A RIDE. IS SAD THAT NCC HAS COMPROMISED. The. Specification of the building is a 5 bed bedroom duplex with 2 lounge and penthouse. The Duplex is attached
to 1 storey 2nos. 2bedroom flat all rooms en-suite. Please note that the 1 nos duplex and 2nos. Flats form a single structure based on the architectural design

Pls like I mentioned earlier is my personal house project not a Contract so I need a reasonable quote from
any professional Nairalander that can deliver.

Including bill of quantity and soil test i have my architectural drawings in place courtesy of the design inspirations posted by our very resourceful people and experts in the property session of Nairaland. Please, only if you are based in Abuja and your fees are not super market price tag or Julius berger

I have sent mail to your box, chat msg on whats app, txt msg on phone, called u. Yet you dont wanna respond to my request base on the design i hand sent to u on whats-app n your box . pls if its not convenient for you to attend to me kindly let me know via this forum so that i wont not bother you and i would look for another architect here in Abuja to actualize my concept.

Sorry it was a typo error the latest is Dell Latitude E6420 XFR

Most importantly u need a fast internet connection as a field engineer. the Best laptop u can get which i have been using is the Dell latitude E6400 XFR

Its a BIG shame that MTN cannot develop a reliable and formidable  customer care  services personnels or team to attend to its numerous subscribers.  I cannot imagine spending 12 weeks calling and calling  yet no result. I made  over 40 calls to MTN customer care  services personnels that kept giving me a wrong code, or suggesting solutions that are far from the issues of giving  a simple tip on how to divert all calls no matter the  defaults options to your voicemail. I finally got the code when I had almost lost my cool with  MTN. If you are in doubt and your are an existing registered MTN subscriber you can prove me wrong by following the steps below.


1st  dial 180 follow the IVR to set-up and configure your voicemail box

2nd  dial **21*your MTN number#

3rd press the "SEND" key on you phone

this is what MTN online websites states including its so called customer care  services personnels will tell you if you are lucky to get in touch with them on phone or at their care center offices.


This step is not working. To actually complete this process successfully  you need to do the following



1st  dial 180 follow the IVR to set-up and configure your voicemail box

2nd  dial **21*your MTN number#

where is a three digit prefix you add to your MTN number

3rd press the "SEND" key on you phone

voila !


till date I still call MTN  to ask its customer care  services personnels on this process if you are lucky 1 staff out of 30 call tell u what that three digit prefix is or how u can successfully divert all calls no matter the  defaults options to your voicemail.
