It was a haven for criminals who robbed people in broad daylight even in the theatre. So, the transformation that came to the theatre started in 2021 and is still ongoing even. Billions were pumped into the renovation as a result of a concerted effort/synergy coming from Wema bank and other capable banks cum financial institutions. It is no longer a national property. It is now a private structure till the financiers recover their investment. It has even been renamed. Same feat can be replicated in national stadium and other federal government facilities nationwide. Government should allow individuals assist in face-lifting the country.

I deh pain say our national assets don become conduit pipes weh corrupt government officials,past & present take deh steal money in billions all in the name of renovation but not operational 💔💔💔
