I received another mail this afternoon, now the ID in the mail corresponds with the online one.

I also noticed that the last 3 digits on my application when was different in the mail sent to me compared to the one on the website though other numbers were the same except the last 3 digit.

Thank you for this piece of information, I am a culprit but going through what you shared has reopened my eyes to those areas I have been making mistakes and thereby not getting called for interviews.

I can conveniently say that I received a non successful application to one of the mails I used. I registered with a yahoo mail but couldn't complete the registration with the yahoo mail.
So I received an unsuccessful application on that yahoo mail.

But I was able to successfully register with a gmail account and also completed the application with the same gmail account. I am yet to receive any unsuccessful application mail on the gmail account.

So, that's where I stand now.
