odizeey: hi please I need help with the sas my computer can't handle pythons anaconda and Rstudio. Hi I have SAS 9.1 Base however it only works on 32 bit versions of Windows 7 XP and Vista (I haven’t tried it on Windows 8 and above). If you have an older 32 bit computer, we can have a file transfer via Dropbox. |

neahyo: I apply ML across many sectors including but not limited to: finance, health, engineering, education. It depends on the problem I'm faced with. I do analysis where I use R week in and out, I do hope to leave my comfort zone (R) and move to Python, SAS (I've tried to download the university free edition all to no avail). Parting word: You are an homo sapien with unquantifiable ability, only ants in ants' colony micro-specialise. Don't limit yourself to a particular sector.
My two cents.... PM me and I may be in a position to help with SAS 9.1 Base |

isalegan2: My commentators are 2 very calm English guys. Anyone else watching them? One of them sounds very familiar. They seem to be saying Nigeria slowing down. "Lackadaisical" they called us. I have an English guy too who's much better than his compatriot who kept calling the Eagles Golden Eagles on the 1st. |

Billyonaire: The OP just wanted you guys to know that he knows Dubai very well. He had nothing else to say.
Burutai, or whatever his name is, as accepted that he owns those properties.
Very shameful OP. This is the funniest comment I've ever read For your information I may be Buratai's son or relative or Buratai himself . |

deji68: op, dont get your point,..... is "Timeshare" free? .The 30k u mentioned for a small property in Dubai is not affordable for an honest army General even if he is living on Kulikuli all year round Timeshares aren't free and my intention hasn't been to say they are. I'll honestly say I don't know how much the lowest timeshares cost. I used $30K as that's a figure a Nigerian seller of timeshares mentioned to me 3 years ago. I found out he wasn't straight so I stopped taking his calls. I'm trying to find out what army colonels and above earn as basic on a monthly basis. I don't know what bonuses they get for hazard pay accommodation etc. As mentioned earlier, the alleged evidence has enough for a good lawyer to discredit. I'll email the first group tomorrow and find out their rates. |

oloriooko: Brossssss what kind of fvckery did you just say Partial or full the guy owns the fvcking props shikena! *****sighs**** You're talking nonsense. A timeshare owner has a stake in the property with other people. If he has a 2%-4% stake in the property how does he own the property? How about the owners of the remaining 96%-98%? Are they squatters? So if I own 200 out of 10400 total shares of an asset, does that asset belong to me? Go and improve your written English - the correct word is 'admission' not 'admittance'. |

OBAGADAFFI: Add annual maintainance fee to that.
That is not cheap, for any Nigerian civil servant.
If you understand my point.
Note: he has more than one property on timeshares or whatever they are calling it.
What matters here is his source of income for this. I don't know how much Nigerian generals earn. I assume he was a brigadier for 4 years and major general for 2 to 3 years. I'll ask an army officer I know how much their bosses earn. It is very possible he may have issues accounting for his source of income - what I find dubious is SR posting an illegible deposit slip that could brlong to anyone allegedly paying for one property that doesn't have his signature and showing a list anyone could have written showing dates relating to a second property he's supposed to have bought after his promotion to COAS. The list shows dates of payments in 2014 yet he bought the 2nd property days after his promotion to COAS in 2015. |

OBAGADAFFI: @OP do you known timeshares is not cheap and it comes with annual dues.
So tell us how much is the COAS paying yearly on those properties. Timeshares can cost from $30000. |

bugzy84: Have I disputed Buratai owning properties in Dubai? His people say he owns timeshares, my post mentioned timeshares. I'm not questioning his ownership of anything here in Dubai. Its the ownership structure I queried.
You need to learn how to read properly. I've gone on propertyfinder.ae. There are two 1 bed flats for sale in the same building. https://m.propertyfinder.ae/en/buy/dubai/properties-for-sale-dubai-marina-wyndham-dubai-marina.htmlSince SR have the bank deposit details, they should be in a position to confirm the flat size. |
