Did you mail them? If yes, kindly assist with the email address. A decision was made on my application on 27th of August and am yet to get my passport back. Data capturing was done on the 7th August

Thank you so much, I’ve gotten an email confirming the passport is in Abuja. It’s like they’re waiting for me to complain lol ... thanks for responding

A lot of people have been experiencing delays, it’s not just you, you have to wait it out. When I applied for my first visa, it took 3months for the application to be processed and for me to get my passport back.

Hi,

Good day house, I don’t really know how to use this platform so please help me if you can.

I applied for a UK fiancé visa (Priority Service) and submitted documents online, then had my biometrics on the 1st of August, 2019. They said I’ll have a decision in 30 days which has already elapsed and my fiancée have already called them still no positive response. Today I received an email saying a decision has been made on my application on the 3rd of September but I still haven’t gotten a notification that the application is ready to collect. Today is 19th of September and I still don’t have my passport.

Have anyone experienced this or know what’s going on? or have they lost my passport? I’m so confused and frustrated rightnow

It’s the platform where you submit your supporting documents to the UK government.

Hi @hunnybee I read your post but couldn’t comment or quote on it. I submitted my application and uploaded my documents online through eDossier but went to track my app and discovered that the uploaded documents have all disappeared and it says “I’ve not uploaded any supporting documents”

Did you experience this and how did you handle it?
