CelebritiesJoin The Campaign Against Sexual Harassment At The Workplace by Bukati2(op):
Join the campaign against sexual exploration At the workplace

Life isn't fair and the work place can be quiet challenging. But it's not an excuse for Sexual harassment at the workplace. The world's number one underreported violation of the human rights.

Victims of sexual harassment are being urged to share thier experience in what Sustainability Central describes as one of the biggest underreported menace at the work place.

This is to ensure that victims are allowed to have an impact on government policy and ensure those policies are targeted in the right places.

Anih Ambrose, Sustainability Central's Chief of Party said: "Sexual harassment is very wrong and endemic, survivors must be able to share their stories to ensure thier healing. By sharing thier stores, it will be easier to build a picture of who is affected and where. Working together with businesses and NGO's, we can stamp it out."

Ambrose defined sexual harassment as "a behaviour of sexual nature which intimidates or cause distress or humiliates the person to whom it's directed".

Speaking to newsmen Ambrose said: "Quiet a number of people have sufferd sexual harassment. I am not going to be drawn on the details because I am not going to be defined by the grubby behaviour of the men and women that behaved like animals towards their vulnerable subordinates at the workplace."

" I think common sense will prevail and we just want to gather the evidence to see how people react to different types of behaviour".

The UN equities office cites a 2017 survey that found 40% of women and 18% of men experienced unwanted sexual behaviour at work at some point".

Ambrose continued “This is an important survey that will help us all understand the scale of sexual harassment in our workplaces.

“The next step must be to change the law so that responsibility for preventing harassment at work sits with employers, not victims.”

Christianity EtcSee How God Sent His Light To Rest Upon Pastor Makinde (photos) by Bukati2(op):
The Man Of God was rounding up a 21 days Revival. Just as they were taking the intercessory prayers, a ray of light from heaven came and overshadowed the Man of God. The experience was very powerful. Even the video has since gone viral on social media.

Pastor Apata Makinde is the presiding Pastor of The Will of God Christian Mission based in Ibadan.

They had just completed Thier 21 days revival tagged harvest. While the Man of God had requested for intercessory prayer from some members from the congregation, it happened that a bright light from Heaven came upon him, and overshadowed him.

Light also shined on the members too. It was an amazing experience.

Didn't they say that God is unchanging, imagine that the Pentecost experience could happen again in our times.

A lot of people have viewed this powerful video on the Facebook fan page of Apata Makinde to see and witness this powerful event.

To God be the glory.
