Summary:
We are looking for a driven, connected, persuasive Brand Partnerships Lead to bring advertisers and sponsors into the Bubu ecosystem. This is a commission‑only role with high earning potential. You will sell sponsorships for our Data Relief Campaign, Bubu Browser placements, Bubu TV, Reels, and Magazine HQ Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify brand opportunities — Telecoms, fintechs, FMCGs, ed‑tech, agencies.
- Pitch sponsorship packages — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.
- Secure meetings with decision makers — Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, CSR Leads.
- Present the Bubu ecosystem — Browser, TV, Reels, Magazine HQ.
- Close deals and manage relationships — From first pitch to signed agreement.
- Work with Tropical Ambrosia Ads — Ensure smooth delivery of ad placements.

Requirements
- Experience in media sales — radio, TV, digital, or agency.
- Existing brand contacts — especially in telecoms, fintech, FMCG.
- Strong pitching ability — confident, persuasive, articulate.
- Understanding of Nigerian youth culture — essential for our tone.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven — thrives on commission.

- 10% on deals below ₦2M
- 15% on deals ₦2M–₦5M
