In my house in Abuja, N100k recharge last only 3 days and its Band A. Its been so heartbreaking coughing such amount on light every 3 days.

what are you doing with light?

I don’t think they need to scrap it. They should adjust the pricing. Like band A 140, band B 120, Band C 100, band E 80. The increase and hours of electricity should be redistributed to all bands according. Also improve and readjust the electricity distribution to other areas with light and give them meters.

Warri main town is different from Effurun uvwie. Pls take note. Effurun, Udu, jeddo are outside warri vicinity. The main city of Warri starts from Enereh junction

If you plan to stay in warri, from experience, I think okuokoko, ugbolokpso, ugbomro , UTI and all those axis are the central of the city.

This location are not too far from any location you might be considering.

i saw apartment at okuokoko. The area is off town and the road untied. It always look like water prone area. Is that place safe like can someone go to midnight hang out or club inside town from that area? Also how is light situation in okuokoko?

If you check our devaluation retio you will know that its not cheap in Nigeria. You are using exchange rate when you know the Naria have been devalued and which brought Nigerians down into were we are today and hardship.

My observation in asaba.

I woke up 8am and come outside. During when i was looking for another hotel. There were no rush hour loke its happens in other places. I begin to think maybe today is holiday. All shops were locked. Even at 10:30. Majority of shops on the street were still locked.

I came out 2 clock they are now opened. Surprisingly some people i saw open yesterday didn’t opened today even pos that open yesterday.

I don’t know what happened today because today Friday dull pass yesterday. Asaba is not a Muslim State.

I also observed business on the street how they are doing. They are just there nothing really bubbly or happening.

Agent billing is what’s give landlord moral to increase rents imagine agent getting 300k landlords will add his own since the agent is making it more than the landlord. Agent has zero capital investment. Property seekers will pay consultation fee and still pays for transportation. Even if they use the agent car they will buy fuel 20k and above.

Zero capital investment and yet making it more than landlord. This act is causing landlords to increase their rents. If people can pay agent 500k than they can pay 1.5m rent.

I don’t think they can ban agent because people still need their help in search of a property. Majority of people cant search house themselves. Agents have contacts. And Landlord do call to inform them of available property and the type of person they want. Agent is always needed for a middle man.
In as much as agent is causing rent increases they are still needed

I just change the hotel this morning. I spent 6k for the keke when carry me around go find the hotel after checking about 4 hotels, And i paid 15k for this room with new split AC and the room small sha.I collected the room because of the AC. But i still think it’s manageable and its a new hotel.

omo i enter Asaba today. Booked a cheap hotel. And tried to use keke to move around town. Like 10k done go for just keke carrying me to place I don’t like. It seems to be asaba is very big. And i planned to enter warri before weekend. It just seem to be it will take longer to even understand delta and waste so much.

I won't conclude for Asaba but I think Warri is better because most people who go that way usually have Onitsha in mind and not Asaba which also means that people in Asaba usually goes to Onitsha to get their stuff.

Depend on the demography of what your business wants. You can be in Warri and still be in Asaba business wise.

Asaba has its own flare as well as Warri.
Most people you see in Asaba usually come to Warri on weekends for more activities. By implication it means that since you are into show biz and which normally run on weekends Asaba will be mostly scanty and dull. Though with some activities.

Warri has its own taste you need to understand.

For hotels you can get at least 5k - 10k and can still enjoy some good vibes at pocket friendly prices

Simply put money is value and assets. The level of inflation we have today was cause by APC printing money. A Hugh chunk of those printed money were stack underground. I received sms of new account opening from GTBank

When I check the account number it was fully functional. their customer care online is zero to none at the moment unlike same years ago , could it be they can’t employ people anymore? Everything is not about AI especially banking, they need to get people to solved online problems. Is been years I went to any bank and it was difficult for me to even think about it.

Besides I have some gtbak failed transactions in months I didn’t even go to their bank after trying to call them online. even after clicking dispense errors from their app. It was not resolved. Couldn’t even get to speak with anyone from the call line. Yet I didn’t go to their branch. But this one is about safety and security risks so I had to do it.

To avoid story that touch the heart i went straight to gtbank after so many failed attempts to call their customer line yet again.

Because I have use this number for up to 3 years and I don’t want to hear stories.

Then I went to GTank branch to make a complain about the new account. They check it from their system and said the phone number with someone and the my is in the BVN of the person. While the number is in my NIN. I was like how could that be. They said nothing they can do that the problem is from Mtn. I should go to Mtn office.

Most of the police done understand their work I swear.
