I don't see any point why NNPC should be the only one buying from dangote plant. That alone will breed corruption and another round of unaccounted subsidy through the back door. And besides there are no differences between 1000 to 1200.

If they are removing subsidy and making NNPC the sore buying of dangote it only means NNPC reselling with profit for doing actually nothing.

While should dangote goes through 3rd party to sell to Nigeria when the subsidy is already removed.

If dangote sell to Nigeria 1200 it's better nppc 1000.
