If u had followed past thread on this forum you would have seen cases of those that have more than one refusal and submitted it all and they were granted. Also it's on their website to submit all cases of visa refusal including on the questionnaire you included in your submission. You should have just submitted it all and hope for your case to be favourable. But God willing it will be favourable either way.

Amen my brother.. I called my agent today and told him that I wanted to put it and he strongly advised against it. But oh well.. God is in control.

oga include all your visa refusal

I was waiting for a reply since. I have already submitted just the recent one. I hope to God that my case will be favorable. If not I will know that it's not meant to be.

Hi guys.. So I'm about to submit my irish visa application documents at the vfs office. I have been denied Canada study visa twice. Last year and this year. The agent I'm using now said I should only include the recent visa refusal letter and not both of them as it will make my application look bad. I am very skeptical. Is there anyone who has gone through two visa refusals and just put one letter and still got his/her application refused. I don't want to be denied because of something that clumsy.

hello everyone
just went to pick up my passport from the Canadian visa office and I was denied. I applied for a graduate program of 12 months. supply chain management. I submitted my application on 18/9/2017. rejected 20/11/2017

the reasons were:
purpose of visit.
little employment prospects.
current employment situation,I was unemployed.
personal assets and financial status.(for a 23 yr old)

documents submitted:
secondary school certificate
waec certificate.
university certificate
NYSC certificate.
birth certificate.

little work experience while in school and after.

mums share certificate worth more than 1.5 million.

mum and dads statement of account worth up to 7 million after school fees have been paid.

my dads company's account has too many activities in as much as the balance as at when submitted was 3 million.

my dads house property, the house we currently live in.

document of personal property that was acquired in my name as a child worth 40 million.

I am planning on reapplying or appealing again this month.
can someone tell me if I should add any other thing. my family have other residential and landed properties but I didn't feel like they would be needed for a one year program.

If I told you what you did was wrong and the CIC would be mad with you for that, what will you do?

Relax bro! You've submitted your application and the best you can do is pray to God for the best. To be realistic, that is not a material misstatement/omission. And if they find out about it, they probably would cut you some slack. There's no such thing as a perfect application, we only try our best not to make mistakes. Even the CIC once apologized to me for making mistake on one of my applications. So again I say to you, relax! The worse thing you can do to yourself right now is to accept defeat because of that error you made. Forget about it, and hope for the best.

But if however you keep having troubles and don't have peace, you could fill out a web form to correct it. Just search for "cic web form". The web form is used to make enquiry about your application and to provide more information to the CIC about your application.

I wish you Goodluck.

thank you boss

You have nothing to worry over. Do not allow fear grip you. The main thing is your HIGHEST level of qualification which should be your degree(if you are going for a graduate program). It was on that premise you were offered admission. You have filled this on your application form and as long as you have shown evidence of it, you are fine.

Let me even try to make you calm down further, You see, if actually there will be an issue with the error, it will be an issue of misrepresentation which is highly unlikely in your case and according to their immigration law, an officer before making a decision MUST ask and allow the applicant a chance to explain the circumstance through a 'Letter of procedural fairness'. So if atall that issue comes up, you will be given a chance to explain or and possibly back your claim.

Don't shiver. You are fine. Online applicants don't use the questionnaire and their applications are processed and a decision made.

thanks a lot boss..that's really reassuring..

@austinpee4 I need reassurance because I have been freaking out for the past 2 hrs.
on my Canada questionnaire they asked to write down our academic history. I wrote down only one school meanwhile I attended two. one from 2004 to 2010. the other to write waec. I ended up writing the one I attended last, also adding that I attended the school from 2005 to 2011. I don't even know what u was thinking when I did all these but it has been done. I have sent them email and they replied that if they situation comes up they will get back to me. I am so scared right now. please help me with any other suggestions.

Hello o, Does it mean it takes about a year to hear Feedback from CIC? Cos I'm not getting o. If this is the case, is it safe to start VISA process before admission is granted in order to start school timely?

Thank you very much.
What if there is no landed property? Are the chances slim?
Thank you for answering again.
