He were able to heal the man born blind in this manner not rebuking the spirit of blindness. The healing here stand for knowledge and power, which is key for this divine ministry. With knowledge you can recall an incidents, use necessary application for effective result. Knowledge! Yes knowledge!! Knowledge is power!!! Jesus sent the blind man to the pool of Siloam because he knew this pool has the power to wash away blindness. He knew that this power is there from the day of creation whereas the people that have this pool knew nothing like that was in existence. We have similar record in the book of 2 King 5:10. And Elisha sent unto him, saying, go and wash in Jordan seven times and thy flesh shall come again to thee and thou shall be clean. Knowledge and power!

God having knew that there must be affliction, made a divine provision to help mankind during creation. Nature itself had showned support to the glory of God. Just like the Levites (read Numbers 1:50, Numbers 3:12) am here in line with the order as seen in Numbers 8:11. Like Jesus to the twelve, am here to tell you what to do and how to do it for the ministry. Am not here to teach you how to speak in tongue like your master's did, only angels can do it.
