Most likely you bought a fake or defective Tecno CM. I'm using the same phone and the battery last me up to 10 hours heavy use with MTN, and SMILE 4G network. The phone battery perform wonderfully better than my Redmi Note 3 Special Edition, despite the fact that CM is 3,000mah and RN3 is 4,000mah.

Use Infinix fast charger and thank me later, that is what I'm using to charge mine.

Not at all. The last time I bought Tecno product was 2016, Phantom 5 then.

I got this phone last Saturday. The phone isn't bad for the price. Even though Camon CM is equipped with 3000mah, I can say it is better than some 4000mah phones. I used it along side with my Redmi Note 3 pro SE with 4000mah battery, I didn't notice any difference in battery performance. The split screen technology in Camon CM is superb and the camera is mad. The 13mpixel front and back with flash light is killing, night short has never been this good. The 2GB ram isn't an issue, because I'm not a gamer. But the only shortcoming I'm seeing here is the ROM, it should have been 32GB at least. The phone is super slim and super lightweight.

In other news, the Redmi 5a na sweet phone o. Can use two Sims and there is dedicated SD card slot. Battery life is OK too (currently at 3h30mins SOT) with 50% juice left, I never test camera cos quite frankly I nor buy am because of camera. The sweet thing be say my colleagues wan buy because of mi remote as dem nor believe phone fit dey control office AC. Dem just dey off and on am with my phone. lolllll.

The mi remote not only control AC. I use my Note 3 SE to control all my gadgets; including LG HOME THEATRE, SONY BRAVIA TV, STARTIMES, FREE TV DECODER, GOTV et cetera. The experience is awesome.

That is not true. For Redmi note 3 you can't unlock with fingerprints after reboot. I don't know for other models sha.

Screen clarity and touch response not as good as the one that came with the phone.

Had to get the original from another site. It was expensive though But exactly what came with the phone. Don't be tempted to go for cheaper ones, you'll regret it

Honestly, you spoke my mind. I have been reading feedbacks of those who bought on AliExpress, I didn't see good reports. Probably most of the ones being sold on AliExpress are fakes.

I bought it from a friend. The Glo 4G experience on the phone has been awesome.
