I sold my Phantom z because same problem. I did everything, including flashing. I posted it here, at hovatech and different Tecno fora. The truth is, no solution to that issue. The earlier you know the better.

I'm just tired of going up and down. I was in Wuse market few days ago. I search everywhere in the market, I couldn't get original infinix charger that can flash charge my phone. The one I bought sometimes ago takes more than 10 hours to charge my phone full. I'm borrowing a friend's Gionee m5 charger now to flash charge my phone. There are too many complaints about that phone. Come up with good alternatives. I need to get phone with same budget for someone too. Good battery, 2gig RAM and 4g LTE are the criteria.

I flashed the ROM on my Phantom z. It stucked at bootloop. My phone was rooted and I have custom recovery installed. Is there anything I didn't do well?

I have tried that blisspop rom. It stocked at bootloop. It's not working.

I think there is none for now. But u can unlock ur phone's bootloader and install xpose framework to tweak your phone to your taste.

Before you flash another ROM, let's see if we can fix your WiFi. Root your device and install file mgr (not the default file mgr). Authorized root access. Go to the root of your device via file mgr, open system folder- etc - wifi verify that there are two files named ''p2p_supplicant.conf and wpa_supplicant.conf' are in the WiFi folder.

Bro, you haven't solved any of my problems. The wifi issue is still there and non of those roms worked on my Phantom z. Hope to hear from you.

I used stock rom with flash tool to restore it. You can also do CWM backup, boot to recovery and restore.

Blisspop? It stucked on bootloop when I tried it. There is instructions on how to flash it on that site, check the link the OP posted again it might work for you.

I have tried this ROM also on my Phantom z. It didn't install. I received error message that it is not compatible with mtk.

If it got stock on the logo, that means you have to Flash 'boot.img' into the device using CMD prompt.

This is how you will get that done.
1) Create a folder on your C:/ drive and rename it Android
2) Copy the extracted zip content of the OS you earlier flashed to your device into the folder.
3) Verify that 'boot.img' file is the folder and reboot your device to fastboot mode
4) Hold the PC Windows key down and press the R key
5) Type is cmd the box
6) On the command prompt, type in cd /android and Enter key ( note: there is a space in-between cd /android)
7) Type fastboot flash boot boot.img
If the device is properly connected, the boot image will be copied to the device and your phone will boot successfully.
After it copied, type fastboot reboot
And you are done.

I just tried this now. I flashed the boot.img quit right, but instead of the phone to boot normal. It kept booting into recovery. I think something is wrong with the ROM, it's not boot.img issue. I flashed back the stock ROM and the phone is working normal. The only reason I need custom rom is the WIFI which is misbehaving. I can't use the wifi.
