For a rent of 400k, there's additional fee WHICH IS DICTATED BY THE LANDLORD ONLY.
A minimum of 50k agreement, 50k commission, 30k damages
A maximum of:100k agreement, 100k commission 50k damages.

Hence why I asked for your total budget

And I responded that total budget is 500 to 550k

For the swift analysis it's 6 minutes for 8 questions
I can't really remember the duration for technical assessment but I think 30 minutes for 20 questions or thereabout

they completed the process tests last week Friday.
Contract started today and continues tomorrow morning (I'm scheduled for tomorrow morning)

Stop saying what u r not sure of. I'm a process engineer and I'm writing my test this afternoon
