I need help ok

Is it possible to cancel a Joker Whot Card .i.e. 20 with another Joker Card, like for example, segun plays a 20 and says he wants circle, and I'm immediately after him, can I now block it by playing another 20 on top because I don't have the circle he's requesting for. Help!
