Nigeria must imposed caning for rapists, like in Singapore.
An American Michael Fay was caned; not for rape but for vandalism - he spray-painted grafitti on people's cars.
Robbery, kidnapping, hostage-taking, drug abuse, drug trafficking (except when sentenced to death), sex with a minor, molest, rape, vandalism, road rage, public nuisance, loan-sharking, unlawful possession of knives, swords, weapons, among others and for visiting foreigners who overstay their visa by more than 90 days.

In as much as i would like to see Joy Ogwu sacked or be recalled by the federal government for her incompetency and for deliberately sabotaging Buhari's itineraries which, in turn, led to a gargantuan embarrassment on the person of my beloved President, it's not possible. Though her tenure expires in December 2015, which is barely two months from now. The emboldened, in my opinion, means she can't be sacked or recalled by the federal government. Read below

In other words, she can do anything she liked at the UN to shame Nigeria and there's nothing the country can do!

A fraud suspect must not represent Nigeria at the UN.
Imagine if someone from the floor asked "You are currently and jointly under fraud investigation with your husband as the senate president of Nigeria?"
