Good day everyone, IRCC updated my application on the 13th of February and I was refused😞

Application Submitted: 5th, September 2023
Biometric done: 19th, September 2023
Biometric completed: 20th, September 2023
Application refused: 13th, February 2024 due to insufficient funds.

Please guys when can I reapply again? And how much pof can I use. Thank you 🙏

I have not been able to login to my ircc portal ever since i have gone for my biometric. which was on the 19th of september...each time i tried logging in it is always saying no request found. And i have not receive any mail since then too. Please kindly help out i am worried. Thank you
