Hence govt will spend funds (beyond subsidy cost) to control e.g border ctrl, crude monitoring, refining cost monitoring, distribution ctrl....Common! let the market take away all those cost for you as it is now! Rather spend those monies on ameliorating the living condition of the citizens.
