What most people here don't understand that Nigeria's population is 87% under the age of 41 years.

VDM is 34 years old.

And some people here, his peers a d age mates are still rooting for rotten old men to continue looting their destiny away.

VDM do not need an election to become president the way Nigeria is going...

Hashim Olawepo is grounded intellectual than Obi though a political scammer with no interest of becoming president but using it for monetary settlement
Obi started his campaign in 2022 and he told so many porkies.... I was already appalled.

Politics › Nigeria's Next President by byinks(op):
After a brief viewing, I noticed th following about the next president. Yes there's a next president let's not fool ourselves....a new president is the fate of Nigeria.

What I noticed

1. He started with reconciling factions religious, political and ethnic.

2. He started to gently bring down the cost of living with partial success

3. People had a moderate approval rating in the beginning.

4. Security worsened under him and he didn't seem much bothered. I mean really worse. Sharia agitation became stronger. Turkey and Iran also interferef

5. Taxes were garnished from Nigerians bank accounts and sent to a foreign land...to pay off a particular personal loan shocked

6.He became tired and impatient with Nigerians complaints about him and reeled out laws and decrees to counter any hate speech against him

7.Yorubas complained bitterly about this man and ibos pretended he was good. But northerners stood up to him.

8. Suddenly , after a brief civil unrest he disappeared out of sight and was replaced by a man in military uniform. It wasn't totally bloodless.

You should ask yourself

Who weakened naira in the first place ??

Someone did that deliberately.

It wasn't Atiku

I'm hearing in some exclusive circles that scarcity of cash and food commodities is about to hit Nigeria before September 1.

Mention 5 tangible infrastructures built by OBJ and Jonathan from scratch or the ones they met 90% uncompleted (that they executed to finish) for those 16 years, sir.
I'm blank for now but I know they exist
Politics › Re: Past Leaders Gave Us Candy, Tinubu Gave Us Singapore’s Secret Blueprint! by byinks(f): 5:02pm On Aug 25
Ritchiee:
Another chop and die proponent spotted. cheesy
When you go to USA,South Africa,UK...you go because of the numerous infrastructures they have there but call your country shithole because your govts only opened borders for you in order for cheap foods to come in from serious, sensible nations while they embezzled all the money meant for infrastructures for you to have good electricity, education, health etc.
cheesy yes. I guess we should blame 16 years of PDP misrule for that.

Those people that want to get ruined over food only will not listen to you.
Chop and die that has been the bane of Nigeria for decades is what they still subscribe to.The only thing they understand is buying a bag of rice for #100.
The wicked, clueless govts always open borders for cheap goods, foods to flood the nation while the nation sinks without real infrastructures that drive cheap food, robust agriculture, stable electricity etc
Wicked clueless govt's you mentioned are what helped your forebears to afford the things you enjoyed as child.
Sleeping on a full stomach and going to subsidized secondary and tertiary schools to mention a few..

Now that you're a billionaire political apologist, you want others in the present generation to starve to death.

Carry on.

Let Tinubu speak for himself. You guys love to paint stories that even the owner does not know. I remember how Buhari denied that promise of making 1 naira to 1 dollar despite the party putting posters up there.

The verdict is out there

The only thing the BAT understands is suffering equals reforms....and reform equals more loans and borrowing and borrowing equals more money...for him.

Politics › Re: Past Leaders Gave Us Candy, Tinubu Gave Us Singapore’s Secret Blueprint! by byinks(f): 4:24pm On Aug 25
Tourist42:
Past leaders gave us cheap petrol and artificial exchange rates, almost bankrupting Nigeria. Tinubu took away the candy to save the economy.

Look at the hard facts from the Central Bank of Nigeria and Ministry of Finance:

Foreign Reserves: Surged by over $7 billion in eight months to hit a 17-year high of $52.66 billion.

Debt-Service Ratio: Crashed below 50% from a staggering 100% in 2022.

State/LGA Cash: Subsidy removal and Supreme Court autonomy pumped massive cash into local coffers—moving bankrupt states from 27 down to zero.

Like Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew, BAT chose bitter, structural discipline over cheap popularity.

Stop crying over a weak Naira; use it as an economic weapon to export value, earn forex, and hold your local governors accountable!
Ok.

Peter Obi was never in the race to begin with.
Saying he will never be president is just overkill.

Peter Obi knows who he's really working for.

ADC has huge traction now.

Dont distract yourself with Obi . Obi is not your problem.

That is the kind of world we live in. A company in business is obstructing a justice that does not slight it in any way just because it can. They lose nothing by supporting justice or by being neutral but choose to obstruct it
Hmm sorry to hear that.

Have you actually contacted Seun personally or his boss Dominique ?

We were BORROWING money to pay subsidy

Why is any reasonable person asking for the savings?

100% of our revenue went to debt service before now.

Today it's down to 60%.

Shouldn't that count for somethinghuh

Honestly, the president's media handlers are dolads.

Let them come and hire me. cool
Exactly the point.

So Why has current borrowing exceeded and broken all past records ?
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Disagrees With Atiku, Backs Fuel Subsidy Removal by byinks(f): 9:37am On Aug 25
Atiku is on fire on SM.
People are jumping off NDC boat in in droves.

They're shouting "I'm voting subsidy"

"My candidate is subsidy"

Atiku has successfully leveraged a protest vote in his favour.
