Went in a baking spree day before yesterday. Was actually an accident because SOMEONE who will not be names was asked to prep the yeast and accidentally prepped 3 TIMES the intended quantity😭

On the plus side, though they were browner than I like, they were super-fluffy and I finally got that agege texture! They taste like brioche even though it's milk bread because I added me some nutmeg🤤

Also made two garlic-rosemary flatbreads.

I planted tomatoes seedling and they re doing well they should be about 6 weeks....I also planted peppers.none sprout up till date.

So I m thinking of getting fresh habanero seeds to plant instead of the dried seedling I planted.


Hopefully I'd plant them this weekend.i always make sure of watering and pruning my tomatoes
