My point is, faulting Satan will be Faulting God 100% indirectly. God knows the end before even the beginning. So, surely, anything He doesn't think it's necessary, He will not allowed it.

Look at this;
To harvest many fruits of apple, I decided to plant many apple seeds. It dies and germinates into an apple tree. It further grows and bears Fruits which is being harvested and taken home.
Now from this picture, is it a crime for Me to do all that? Will I be considered fighting My seeds and the ground? Is becoming a Farmer means fighting with My tools, seeds, ground, air, sunlight, insects? You answer please.

This is your challenge. Google, dictionary etc. The bible wasn't written in English. So, when it was interpreted, English is not rich enough to give accurate meaning of the words. Death doesn't necessarily mean cessation of Life, existence and neither dormancy.
Go back to your scriptures for the meaning. It's not My definition as you erroneously put it. And sorry if I imposed upon you. It wasn't My intention. I just felt I could share.

*No One said Flesh is evil please. Math:26:41 gives a clue about Flesh. Gal:5:19 mentioned what the Flesh is capable of.
Flesh is Earthy and Earthy is Death. When Moses cast his rode[which represents God's word] to the Ground, it turned into a Serpent[Exo:4:3]. Anything caste to the ground dies, seeds, God's word etc. But, as a Farmer, the over all purpose is for an increase harvest. Flesh in us is just for an increase harvest by God at the rapture. ROM:8:17-23.

In Gen:1:26-27, God communicated His plans which is yet to be realized. In Gen:2:7, this is where He created man. So, Gen:1:26-27 is a prophecy. It began in Gen:2:7.
If you are a farmer you will understand this.
*A farmer takes a seed and plants it, it dies germinates into a TREE PLANT. It grows and bears a FRUIT. It is then harvested and taken home.
*The breath of God that God breathed into man is the Spirit which is the Seed planted. As the seed died[Transformed], even so the Spirit[died~became unresponsive] into a Living Soul,Gen:2:7. The Soul will walked the earth, accept Christ and during rapture, he/she will be CHANGED [Harvested].

To begin, No body disobeyed. God gave Adam and Eve a choice to take and gave the consequences as a curse if they decided to take. God himself concealed the real process involved in the curses. It was God's plan for them to be like Him and as such will have to make some sacrifices which are the curses. So, when they ate the fruit, it aligned with God's plans. "Thou shall not eat" is a disclaimer please. Adam and Eve NEVER DISOBEYED.
