I worked out for 2 hours yesterday. Back and Biceps also steam room for 15 minutes I had two bananas, two yogurts, a fruit bowl, and a vegetable/fruit drink for breakfast I had rice and honey chicken for lunch I had a wellness tea later on and did not eat dinner nor snack |
I am sure water will help. I honestly believe changing your diet, exercising, getting good sleep every night, will truly help you to lose the belly fat. Poor nutrition is so harmful to the body causing the belly fat. I don't know how much water you can drink that can shrink your belly without changing your diet. Eating foods like fruits and vegetables that actually burn fat while being nutritious for your body will help eliminate that disgusting belly fat. |
