Hello everyone I need your advice on this please.

I got admission for a 2year PGD at Mohawk college, Ontario. After later research, I found out that the school will be too expensive for me to fund.
I had paid the initial $2,200 CAD deposit fee for (N1.3m ) and got acceptance Letter.

So now I want to decline, but would want Mohawk college to convert the paid fees to my Friend who also got same admission. So that my Friend can reimburse me back in Naira, instead of waiting for Mohawk college process.

Do you think that will be approved

No, the loan can be cancelled and you get to forfeit the car not money in your account. As long as you have sufficient funds like you said. Nothing do you.

Concerning POF, where one has monthly debit for car loan repayment on salary account....

but sufficient fund is in the savings account. Does it show the funds are encumbered and can it affect ones application for EE ?

One way to take your money to Canada from Nigeria is through Cryptocurrency. My friend bought crypto currency in Nigeria with most of his money, just after he got his study Visa. ( In this case )

Got to Canada and converted it back to Canadian dollars using crypto exchange.

He saved alot on the interest amount from Banks in Nigeria. He would have paid to do the transfer from here ..

Please is Micro Finance Bank investment Certificate / Fixed Deposit now being accepted by SINP ( Saskatchewan ) and IRCC ?.

Why are you submitting to SINP after ITA?

To qualify for the Provincial nomination of 600 points that I will use for Federal express entry application for PR.
