Eating meat last is a habit that has stuck over time. For some people, it is bad habit to eat your meat before you finish your food. ... Some people value their meat so much and believe it should be reserved for the last. To them, the meat is the trophy they get for finishing the food. But the truth is The meat is gotten from 'animals' while other food items are gotten from "plants" so it is important to eat the plants first to prepare the intestine for digestion. |

Opinion: This is a solemn call to all political gladiators ahead of the 2023 presidential election. Power should be shifted to the south after the north exaust her 8 years of rule. Any attempt to maintain power in the north or give to southern muslim will be highly resisted. In other to forestall Nigeria's disintergration power should be shifted to the south in 2023 ....(drops pen) |

The truth is no matter how they try to diminish Obasanjo's relevance, he still comes out stronger. Obasanjo is a hero of true democracy. I personally liken him to the great Nelson Mandela.. Obasanjo is currently fighting for Nigeria's freedom from the tyrant Buhari. BABA i respect you so much. |
