In house doctors what could this be please. Initially I thought it was due to bad water but I have had a change of environment and I'm using detol to bath but it's still the same. I have not had unprotected sex for a long time now so I'm utterly surprised. Also at night, it itches me and anytime I scratch I get a sweet sensation and need to scratch more even tho it leads to bruises.
PS: it is only the head of my manhood that is affected/ itches me
