Some stories already filtered in today that some people sighted the presidential jet moving.

I suspect the cabal will bring him before the 7th, but the natiional assembly can hardly be thought of as a rubber stamp. They have a formidable foe in Saraki and Dogara, any idea of bringing him for two weeks and then returning him to london would be a hard sell to Saraki.

Except it can be proven that the president is permanently incapacitated, the 'unable to govern' clause cannot be invoked. These are the sort of areas that should be made clear and unambiguous in the constitution. If a specific period like '90 days away' which you stated earlier was actually in the constitution, then there wouldn't be any need for thee debates.

Guess we won't have to wait very long since the case is in court. The courts would soon force the national assembly to investigate his true state of health.

Osinbanjo can't declare himself president, the era of coups and counter coup have gone. Only the senate/reps can declare a change of government.

I don't think Osinbanjo needs to confront any cabal, Buhari won't be president by Tuesday if he fails to turn up for work. He can't be absent for 3 months.

We have a looming political crisis if Buhari fail to arrive Nigeria by Monday the 7th of August.
Though the constitution is ambiguous regarding an absentee president, it however frowned on sick and infirmed Presidents.
By staying away for 3months Buhari have unwittingly relinquished his position as president.
