While the National Minimum Admissible Score was set at 150 during the Policy Meeting on May 11, UNILAG traditionally maintains a far higher internal benchmark (usually 200+) and a very strict aggregate weighting system.

1. Accounting (246): This is a competitive score. However, Accounting is a top-tier department. Success will depend heavily on their O'Level results and the upcoming Post-UTME.
2. Mass Communication (228): This candidate is in a more delicate position. Mass Comm often has a very high merit cut-off. A stellar Post-UTME performance is mandatory to secure a spot.

Important Compliance Notes:

Age Requirement: Ensure both siblings will be 16 years old by September 30, 2026. The Ministry of Education has strictly upheld this for the current session.

Admission Deadlines: Public universities must conclude all processes by October 31, 2026.

So I have been seeing a lot of posts here from 2026 JAMB candidates asking "is my score enough to enter [university]?" and I decided to do something about it.
I spent the last few months building a free tool that answers this question using actual data. It is called CampusAI.ng and it works like this:
You enter your JAMB score, your course and your university. It then calculates your aggregate using that school's exact formula — whether they use 50:50, 50:30:20 or point-based system — and tells you your admission probability as a percentage based on the last 3 years of cutoff data.
I tested it on UNILAG Medicine with a score of 230 and it gave me 78% probability with a breakdown of exactly why.
