I happen to time myself a few times and realised that I'm a 30mins G most of d time. But there were times I didn't even lasted up to 5 mins. How long a man goes depends on a lot factors. It could be fatigue, stress, diet ,exercise etc.

I usually set my time to measure how long I last,It have never been up to 3min.
