Anyways dont mind my other posts about taking weed or ecstasy because they aren't gonna help your situation, it'll only make it worse. So you're depressed? Well don't be scared or ashamed of it, many people are in the same boat as you. The only way to treat your depression is through psychological help, you need to go to talk to a psychiatrist so you can find the root to your depression and how to handle it. Depression is no joke, some people commit suicide and other crazy ish because of it, so the quicker you get help, the better. When you visit the psychiatrist, ask for CBT. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the best ways to treat these kinds of issues, it helps you reconstruct your way of thinking, from thinking negative to thinking positive. After a couple of sessions of CBT, trust me you will notice the difference. CBT really works, I went through a couple sessions of it to help control my anxiety and panic disorder, and ever since, I have gotten better since. If the psychologist prescribes you anti-anxiety drugs, dont take it, the drugs usually end up causing more harm than good. They may make you feel happy temporarily, but it has too many bad side effects, some people go insane from the drugs.
