I have travel history to the UK and Canada, but not to the Schengen countries.
So I completed the application form (both in English and Spanish).
My family in the UK had booked the flight and hotel as it's a family holiday with my family that lives in the UK.
I didn't book any tourist attractions but I just stated on my application form the places I would go. I only listed places one could go for free e.g Plaza Mayor, Museo del Prado (I just checked on Google for free tourist attractions). This may not work for everyone though.

I had just a bit over N10,000,000 in my account but this includes shares account. I submitted all my bank statements, shares account statement.

Just an update.

The BLS website showed on Wednesday that my passport was ready to be dispatched and the courier delivered it today (2 days later).

I got the visa. They gave the visa for one month, from the exact date of travel to Spain to the following month which is fine by me (about 30 days).

I was wondering if someone could help. I submitted my Spanish visa application about 4 weeks ago but it is still being "processed at mission". I need my passport back urgently to travel to a different country in the next few weeks. Does anyone know how to contact BLS for this as they don't seem to respond to emails?
