Temporary resident applications (study, work and visit) are assessed on the merit of each applicant, even if you apply as a family, so your spouse and children's application can be approved as long as they are not applying as your dependent/accompanying family member. But, it will affect your wife’s PR application if she applies before the 5-year ban ends. In a PR application, the inadmissibility of one family member affects the entire application. Please what can I do, application submitted 25th April, no update after responded to the issue raised on my LOA in July. The agent saying no update till now

. Is it possible that embassy will still not give any update after 5month after application has been submitted?

I don't know what to do again, application submitted 25th April, in early July letter that I didn't get my LOA from school and after responded to that, they confirmed by email after a week that my document is received and since then nothing. I booked for medical test for ending of August but no medical request yet, no response since 4month ago.

How do I send this revised LOA now . What I write o.

I needed to respond to IRCC now. I just got response from Niagara college. The just gave me revalidation the LOA and extend the due date. So how should I package it to IRCC now

" I have concerns that you have provided a fraudulent or inappropriately obtained letter of acceptance from Niagara college in your application ....."
I would like to provide you with opportunity to respond. You will have 7days from the date of this letter to submit evidence and documentation you deem will address these concerns

The agent helped to get the admission.
