Paul Tierney clearly showed by his hands that he was ruling for offside. In my heart of hearts I wished Richarlison scored from that progression of play so that VAR would have just drawn their plenty lines and shown you that the player was offside. The funny thing is, you are ignoring the evidence with your eye and crying foul when the PGMOL even told you that even if Richarlison was not offside, Rodri still did not handle the ball. I thought you'd be happy seeing that it brings back memories like these:

Lol...did u look at your own gif...the angle here is bad/inconclusive, richarlison is not offside there it's not by drawing fancy white line...I've watched the highlights where a better angle was used and he was clearly onside

How can it be irrelevant when 1. It was offside. 2. The replays show it. 3. The onfield ref acknowledged it because he gave City a free kick after the VAR review 4. Tim Howard (who played for Everton) reviewed it and proved it? So you want the PGMOL to damn the hard evidence and give you the decision that favors you regardless of the evidence?

The premier league still needed to clarify that even if Richarlison was not offside, Rodri using his arm to touch the ball would not have resulted in penalty because the VAR group felt they did not see enough to overturn the onfield decision. However, Paul Tierney gesticulated to show his decision was based on Richarlison being offside and the proof is the ball was given to Ederson for a free kick instead of a throw in that would have followed.

Another epistle proving nothing...there was no offside in that phase of play... you're the one ignoring the PGMOL explanation, if the VAR team were not sure they had enough evidence why did they not refer the Ref to the pitchside monitor....Keep falling over yourself trying to defend what even a 3 yr old knows is handball,even Rodri from his reaction knew it too
