As a concerned Nigerian that has followed this story from the very beginning i can say for a fact that Exxonmobil hasn't in any way disobeyed the supreme court ruling but rather complied with it. No way responsive design is going away anytime soon. It will be a nightmare for small gig freelancers to work two versions for both devices - that's like double work. If at all, mobile specific versions may be mostly adopted by big Web company.
