The Zenith bank staff should stop complaining about poor management policy in their company.What would they expect their counterparts in the Lebanese,Indian and Chinese companies in Nigeria to complain about if they are complaining of poor salary and profit sharing.I have also come to observe that some of these bankers often seem to forget that they are proletarian and often live above their income.
