Thank you ,please what is the modalities for GCMS ? I want to apply because I am very sure they did not verify my bank statement because I wonder how they expect me to spent on my one week and flight ticket.

2m in my bank account just for my travelling expenses paid by my employer.

The 2m was paid which I believe I will still return some balance to the company after my trip .

2m should be more than enough because I am going alone and I am spending one week .even the professional working in Canada earn $7000cad monthly is a big boy that will have some saving after some expenses.

I will go and collect my passport.if God wishes I will look for same conference in France or Germany and application for schenghen visa.

I begin to have another thought about those people because my refusal was never justify.

I want to believe this refusal is beyond finance or asset .it look like intended act by the embassy.
This documents I submitted was same documents when my employer sent me for leadership training in UK and I was grant .infact I return immediately after one week training without delay .

The same company pay 2m into my account for my trip and the statement was printed supported by reference letter from bank .

For you information I want to believe embassy did not confirm my statement because I call my bank to when I received this message to know the response bank gave to them.

The same bank gave me the statement for UK application and was confirmed to UK embassy.

Do u have any travel history? is the intended conference related to your present profession or work? are u married with children? what is your monthly salary like? pls answer let's know how to advice you.



Thank you for the response .I have travel history, united kingdom and Ethiopia. The conference is related to my work and it's my employer nominated for the conference due to new row. And my employer wrote an introduction letter stated the important of the conference and promised I return to work after the conference. I am married with three kids and their birth certificate was submitted with my married certificate.

My salary is 180k+

Included insurance, tax clearance, invitation letter from conference team,hotel accommodation,air ticket ,land purchase documents and some documents.

I just track the same application and is still showing being processed.
Does it mean my passport is not ready despite the refusal mail on paper

Please i am new here and I will appreciate your opinion about this.I apply for trv using paper application and the purpose is conference that is sponsored by my employer .
I submitted all the document from :
Statement of my account funded by my employer in the narration,employment letter,payslip,tax clearance,travelling insurance, marriage certificate,my children birth certificate, they all have passport and the number was qoute in the application, invitation letter from conference team to my employer and embassy separate and all submitted. I have travelled to UK and Ethiopia as part of travelling history.my travelling itinery was included. I have also applied for trv in 2015 for visit without invitation but was denied due to insufficient documents and was advised to reapply.

My challenges is this ,the date of the conference has passed and my application is still showing being processed.it is more than 45day now,is their any chance of getting this visa?

Please what is your opinion about this because the conference is 4days and the company paid part of the conference fees before invitation was issue and company book hotel accommodation all this was included.


To my surprise I got a mail from Kenya official acknowledged my biometric that was done 2015 because I apply earlier and was denied 2015.

I got the below mail this morning and I am week but to me surprise ,my application was paper application and I got a mail for refusal.

I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
