OP, since you can't provide the screenshot of the transfer, kindly accept the loss and let it go. You might rightly make the transfer to horgarzer's line, but he claimed he didn't receive any alert which might be true also. It will onle be left to his magnanimity if he decides to send the data without being convinced of the transfer but no one wants to run at loss.
OP, please next time stick with terms and conditions of the business as horgarzer stated by informing him ahead of the transfer.
For the sake of peace, shake your hands, give yourself e-hug and let peace reign.
Also Horgarzer, it was wrong for you to leave an allegation like this that has your name and picture unattended to. If you hadn't given further replies, many people would simply accept that your silence was a guilt. You don't act like 'I don't care' to an allegation like this if you are innocent, where your name and picture have been posted online. How could he be silent on thread like this when he is innocent? He should have fought to cleanse his name, not leaving the fight for people to do on his behalf.

From afar I knew/know you, I think you were/are upright and sincere, but your reply to the OP's allegation wasn't too solid and convincing, though the OP might have acted too swiftly. I suggest you ask for his number with which he made the transfer or probably the recharge card pin and check from your side. He might have made the transfer while you innocently didn't know.
OP, I challenge you also to provide convincing proof(s) to horgarzer so he can know you made the transfer and BTW, have you complained to him personally before coming online here?
